Heat pump distillation process

The secondary steam is continuously compressed and circulates as a heating source

The low-temperature gas at the outlet is compressed by the compressor without condensation, increasing the temperature and pressure of the gas, increasing the enthalpy value of the gas, and then heating the material as the heat source of the reboiler, making full use of the latent heat of the gas, reducing the amount of generated steam and circulating water, and reducing the operating cost。

Indirect steam compression

After three stages of preheating, the feed mother liquor enters the rectification column,Separation is achieved in a rectification column,The liquid flows from the bottom of the distillation column into the reboiler,The coupling reboiler and the auxiliary reboiler are provided,The heat source of the coupled reboiler is the high-pressure gas at the compressor outlet,Auxiliary reboiler heat source raw steam,The gas at the top of the distillation column is compressed by the compressor to become high temperature and high pressure gas,High temperature and high pressure gas enters the coupled reboiler for heat exchange,After condensation, the light component is partially recovered and partially refluxing,The bottom of the tower reactor is divided into the preheater and the feed mother liquid after heat exchange。

Overhead steam compression type

In the traditional rectification tower system, a compressor is introduced, and the low-temperature and low-pressure steam at the top of the tower is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor, and then heated by the reboiler as a heat source for the material. The light component condensate after being condensed by the reboiler is buffered by the buffer tank, and then transported by the reflux pump, part of which is produced and part of which is returned。

The existing deammoniating tower is transformed into a heat pump, and the ammoniating steam at the top of the tower is transferred into the falling film evaporator for heat exchange with water. After heat exchange, the vaporized low-temperature and low-pressure water steam enters the compressor, and becomes high-temperature and high-pressure gas after compression into the reboiler coupled with the tower reactor for heat exchange with the tower reactor waste water, thus saving the industrial steam consumption。
